How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of personal data or Threads-related service data, email privacy@unioasis.ai with the suggested subject line: Data Deletion Request.
What to Include
Please include enough information for us to verify and process the request:
- service name;
- Meta / Threads account identifier, if relevant;
- contact email;
- data scope requested for deletion.
Processing Time
We target completion within 30 days after receiving a verifiable request. If we need additional information to verify the request, the processing period may depend on when that information is provided.
Data We Delete When Applicable
- account connections;
- access tokens;
- Threads-related cached data;
- identifiable service records not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
Limited Retention
Some records may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance obligations. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
